Responsibility:
Responsible for PC Process Unit, Polycarbonate:
• To ensure process work at optimum level at right rate and qualify output and at cost effective
• To monitor and improve efficiency, output and safety
• To observe, measure and interpret data from technical and operation staff to assess process and engineering equipment
• Manage yield, capacity, specific consumption and cycle time to achieve cost reduction.
• Being manufacturing excellent leader: OEE and specific consumption
• Be responsible for Process improvement and troubleshooting
• Managing transition/ grade change project
• Process troubleshooting and enhancing
• Program modification for monomer carry over reducing
Requirement & Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering (Chemical/Polymer/Mechanical)
• 3-7 years’ experience in process or production unit of chemical / petrochemical plant
• Being open-minded, collaborative and able to lead team
• Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Able to work in shift pattern (2 Shifts: Day & Night)
