Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and souring suppliers/subcontractor for requirement from relevant project and best buy supplier.
• Source, select and negotiable for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivers and services with suppliers / subcontractor.
• Prepare Main & Sub Contractor (Structure and M&E) tender.
• Prepare Piling & Post-Tension Slab Tender.
• Procure Designer (Architectural, Structural & Landscape)
• Procure & Negotiate Products in Condominium (furniture, kitchens, wallpaper, Vinyl floor, Home automation, electric appliances & etc.)
Qualifications:
• Held at least Bachelor Degree in field
• At least 1 years of experience in construction, developer, owner, building procurement.
• Experience in condominium construction procurement , high rise procurement would be advantage.
• Problem solver, decision maker negotiation skill and strong self drive.
