Responsibility:
- Manage and overseas the production process by Planning for production schedule and implementing standard operation procedure for all production operations
- Ensure that products are produced and delivered complying with volume, quality, safety, lead time and other requirements
- Manage daily operation and continues improvement of efficiency, performance, capacity, etc.
- Manage and coach staff and operators
- Support other relevant function, such as purchasing, planning, technical, engineering, logistics and warehouse, safety and environment
Qualification:
- Male / Female
- Age: 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor or higher in Food or related fields
- (MUST) Exp in Production at Food-Factory (in 3 - 5 years in managerial role)
- Able to control 20 - 50 operators
- English: Intermediate - Business Level
