Responsibilities

  • Effectively coordinate and manage the Quality Team & colleagues in Thailand to continuously improve the Quality Management System, while ensuring uniform practices with other countries
  • Implement and monitor Quality Assurance practices to ensure that accreditation standards are met, and that the requirements of the various accreditation bodies and those of our clients are met
  • Maintain and apply the requirements of ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065, ISO 9001&others accreditations by participating in external audits as well as ensuring the appropriate planning and organization of all required proficiency tests/ internal controls
  • Registration, investigation, handling, and follow-up of complaints
  • Registration, selection, implementation, and follow-up of improvements
  • Follow up for managing non-conformities and corrective actions. Oversee the implementation of recommendations and corrective and preventive measures
  • Assistance with handling of claims and appeals
  • Plan and execute internal audits
  • Maintain Quality, Procedure & Program Manual including drafting, reviewing and approval in line with the requirements of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring implementation of new or updated documents and procedures
  • Planning, preparation, and reporting of the management review
  • Assist advisory council for all programs operated in Asia
  • Identify and report omissions to TM/QM/ PM; identify qualification criteria
  • Maintaining external contacts and timely communication (Regional Quality team, accreditation-bodies, standard owners, etc)
  • Provide coaching and adequate training to Quality Team & colleagues, as well as delivering Quality Management presentations and training to employees and customers
  • Optimizing of the Quality system, in compliance with ISO17065, ISO17021, ISO17020 and ISO17025; ISO19011 and most general ISO programs along with non-accredited sustainable program


Requirements

  • Graduate in Science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of maintaining accreditations and certifications in the TIC industry
  • Expertise of: ISO 17065/ ISO 17021/ ISO 17020/ ISO 17025/ISO 9001/ GAFTA/FOSFA/ etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of conducting internal audits on quality and program system
  • Knowledge of organic, sustainability and food safety programs would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of inspections services would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of laboratory practices would be advantageous
  • Certified ISO 9001/ 14001 Lead Auditor
  • Proficient with MS Office and other Microsoft tools
  • Excellent proficiency of English language: verbal and written
  • Result-oriented; systematic and analytical way of working
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Experience of working with diverse cultures
