Responsibilities:
• Manage a sales team of multiple products for multiple markets and price range
• Analyse, Develop, Plan, and Implement changes in sales team to reflect the assigned goals, and company's plan and strategy
• Manage sales activities, strategy and process, team and individual goals, and incentives in accordance to market situation to motivate the team effectively
• Work with multiple team to ensure sales and marketing initiatives and investments are executed efficiently and effectively
• Generate leads, customers, and markets' insights from sales activities and research for developing initiatives or giving feedbacks to other teams to better improve the business
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to product an accurate forcast of the revenue and adjust plans accordingly
• Work with Sales Supervisors Team to Train, Motivate and Foster healthy competition among sales representative, and encourage support between team members, cross functions, customers and markets
