Job highlight:

  • Manage service/field engineers' workload to ensure efficient, safe and organized activities.

  • Instruct, direct, motivate, supervise and monitor the performance of service engineers and field service.

  • Overall responsibility for all assigned project deliverables including but not limited to hardware, financial and commercial outputs, dispute management, customer satisfaction and on time delivery.

  • Responsible for effective spare parts processing and expediting.

  • Participate and actively support company initiatives.

  • Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes involved in the roles and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales target, selling the maintenance service after sales, spare part, replacement pumps to the customer.

  • Creating action plan and forecast team performance.

  • Leading, Monitoring and Evaluating team performance productivity, train and coach team members and monitor their performance to achieve KPIs.

  • Train customers and other engineers on the technique.

  • Present a professional image, support and promote brand values at all times.

  • Ensure operation support provided is able to meet service commitment and customer requirement.

  • Investigating and solving customers' problems which may be complicated or long-standing problems.

  • Coordinating with several departments to solve, close the problems, complaints, process improvement.

  • Ensure that processes are efficient and cost-effective.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Related field.

  • Minimum 5-6 years experience of Services & repair and maintenance of Pumps, Valves, Compressors & Rotating equipment plus 3 years management experience.

  • People skills, teamwork and collaboration

  • Analytical thinking and Problem solving skills

  • Excellent customer service

  • Commercially aware

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • ​​Open approach to travel.
