• Coordinate with RE business team to get the model wise/color wise forecast for production planning
• Coordinate with assembler and finalize the monthly, quarterly production schedule based on the RE requirement
• Coordinate with the sourcing/logistics team and receive the locally developed (Thailand & ASEAN) parts and CKD kits from India in TH. Do the necessary entries like GRIN in the system.
• Issue the Subcontracting PO and parts to the assembler based on the production plan with necessary documents at system level
• Receive the finished bike from the assembler and do the necessary entries in the system
• Rejection, replacement and scrapping management of CKD kit and local parts, which includes ordering of replacement parts from TH to IN. Receive and re-issue to the assembler. and and support in any RGP process from TH
• Coordinate with assembler / logistics team for finished bikes packing based on the billing and ship out
• Coordination with customs broker and RE logistics team to provide any information / clarification requested by customs during the shipment entry /exit from the Free Zone
• Point of contact for day to day operation with assembler and coordination of same with respective function in company
