​Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, set the standard policies and directions for all legal functions to ensure Good Governance and optimize benefits to achieve the organization’s goals, objectives and in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations as well as the company’s rules and regulations.

• Implement, direct, oversee and advise on any issue arising out of any such legal and commercial dispute, litigation, lawsuit or arbitration.

• Participate or assist in and advise on selection of external advisors, in consideration of amongst others area of expertise, budget and time constraint; and manage those external advisors as well as give legal advice in cooperation with such advisors in case external support is needed.

• Manage the Legal Department so as to develop and improve efficiency and effectiveness of legal and legal-related services (eg. staff development, evaluation and development of work processes).Lead and persuade the development and efficient deployment of all legal staff in order to build and achieve a capable, motivated, well-rounded and cooperative Team Base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law

• Solid legal at least 15 years' experience

• Strong experience to draft, review and understand of contract law, business law and other law relevant to financial business

• Excellent drafting skills and high commercial acumen.

• Mature, hands-on, and result-oriented with professional business acumen

• Good command of English
