1.Project control and management
To be responsible for development control, project process development, and improvement process
2.Development meeting
To set the meeting with all concerned R&D members for strengthening each R&D development project
3.Report
Periodically report al activities & analyze if needed for upper-level managers
Report the progress of projects that each team is implementing and proceeding
Other reports related upper-level managers' requests
Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related fields
4-5 years of experience about project control and management, project development,development control, imrpovement process
Experience in working as team center, project development team
Computer proficiency and good English communication
