Responsibilities
- Understand product range and assembly parts in their areas or processes. Able to do FAI and PPAP with support function QA.
- Full understand of product ranges in their area, assembly parts and assembly process and able to comment or suggest improving product assembly process.
- Well understand of part function and well understand the product in their process and able to set up or improve operation system
- Understand products standards and critical control points of products
- and quality of the products
- Able to access to the product specification resource and able to understand critical point from the product drawing and use tools (Win chilled) to access to the information.
- Full understand of critical specification to quality of all products and parts in their area link to CTQ in the production working station
- Analyse product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering
- Data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step.
- Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
- Well understand critical controlled process parameter and analyze production reject and rework and take appropriate action to solve
- Able to recommend the change and manage the change or modification to the equipment to achieve the objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering
- Fluently use all tools (TCC/A3, Promap, ECN, LFPD, PPAP, FAI, PCN) efficiently
- Able to use Win chilled fluently and able to understand measurement process against the actual parts
- Extensive experience in machine design, process control Six Sigma in manufacturing
- Good command in English
