Responsibility:
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulation, quality standards and company policies
- Ensure Equipment Reliability, collaborate with maintenance team for equipment maintenance, Improve equipment condition, seek for new technology or replacement plan.
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance work.
- Supervise/coordinate planned line shutdown/plant turnaround and ensure the safety and implementation.
- Develop documentation about the equipment and production process.
- Issue/review shutdown and decommissioning instructions.
- Contribute to develop of preventive maintenance(PM) plan.
- Establish/update Equipment History Database.
- Support Production Department's improvement projects in installation of new capex.
- Prepare yearly budget.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineer, Mechanical engineer or a related field
- At least 10 years of Production or Maintenance experience. preferable in Petrochemical plant.
- 3-5 years team management experience.
- Possess strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Being open-minded, collaborative and achievement drive
- Good command of English
