Responsibilities
Deliver components and new product introduction on time using set business standards, policy, and processes.
Ensure the WH meet Supply Chain customer requirements
Ensure the processes and systems are executed effectively and correctly, i.e., Kanban, work instruction.
Able to utilize resources to meet KPI i.e., Location Utilisation, Stock Integrity, Timely Delivery, Conversion Cost Control and Waste Reduction
Manage of safety system and process defined by the company is operated efficiently i.e., Risk Assessment, Hazard Management, Safety, and patrol audits
Contribute to capacity planning to meet current & future demand/volume.
Contribute to the plant budgeting process for area of responsibility, also for the forecasting cycle.
Lead staff to ensure all adhere to set policy and processes all the time to meet the business/process standards set - including H&S.
Be able to apply TOC, COL, 5S, Project Management, HQMS, Capacity plan, Flow management i.e., Kanban system
Develop staff performance to maximize productivity of their roles and responsibilities, i.e., identify training needs, skill matrix, performance reviews, people development
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in sciences, Engineering or equivalent.
5 - 8 years of experience in Warehouse and Production / Manufacturing for Electronic or Automotive Products.
Strong Warehouse background leading people and technically with WMS and processes.
Direct experience in supply productivity, cost saving, safety, quality, and delivery improvement.
Able to work under pressure to targets.
Positive thinking and good attitude.
Good command in English and computer literacy
