• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or IT-related field.
• Customer service mind is a must.
• Servicedesk or call center experience is advantage
• Experience in PC Helpdesk Operation Support or IT Support
• Excellent knowledge on Computer Hardware, Software, Operating System, Network and Server.
• Able to work as a shift.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good attitude, service mind and customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic and Moderate command in English.
