Talent Acquisition duties are as below:
•Developing recruitment plans.
•Sourcing, qualifying, proceeding and facilitating selection and hiring process of potential Candidates externally and internally.
•Closely working and partnering with Hiring Manager for Candidates recommendation, selection and hiring, provide consultation to make sure qualified Candidates identifying and matching with the organization and effectively supporting company growth and business strategies.
•Developing new Candidates sourcing channels and utilizing all recruitment tools to ensure sourcing effectiveness for qualified Candidates.
•Coordinating with team, summarizing and preparing weekly AOP status report.
•Candidates database management.
•Attend high – level meeting where able to identify hiring competencies that facilitating business strategies.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Fluent command of English.
•Good personality and skill to salve with day to day problems.
•Ability to work as a good team member and motivate team working as a group.
