Receptionist & Administrator
Location : (Near BTS Thonglor)
Salary: THB 15,000
• Bachelor's degree in any fields
• Thai nationality only (prefer Female)
• Computer literacy and have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
• New graduate are also welcomes to apply
• Receive and transfer call to staff in company.
• Update phone number of internal staff.
• Greet & assist visitor upon their arrival
• Take care of company’s site documents; received, check and record the information.
• Arrange letter and courier; send to the related person or department.
• Maintain office supplies including stationery, pantry supplier and other miscellaneous items
• Inform maid about their work to ensure that office are clean and tidy
• To record the expenses; phone expense, car park expense, etc.
• Response for receive the invoice, collect and send to Accounting department.
• Coordinate with supplier and external department by phone and email.
• To do the medical withdrawal for staff and coordinate with related department.
• To do other tasks as assigned.
