E-Commerce Manager Consumer 
(Electric Based) 

Location: Huaikwang
Salary: Negotiable

Working hours: 8.30-17.30
Benefits: Group insurance, provident fund, Gasoline allowance (fleet card), mobile phone, toll fee on reimbursement basis, and commission based on sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Target achievement of on-line sales.
• Develop E-Commerce business plan with individual platform in order to deliver top-line target via optimized E-Commerce sales funnel.
• Lead  working collaboration among SEB, E-distributor and platforms to deliver best in class on line execution and optimal shopper experience.
• Own P/L performance e.g.  budget control i.e. promotion and media efficiency (Optimum ROI)
• Efficient stock planning to achieve FC accuracy performance
• Develop new business opportunity to maximize the revenue/profit
• Implement JBP with E-distributor and platforms (target, strategy, key actions with agreed timeline) and follow-up meetings
• Internal KAP strategy implementation with E-distributor and individual platform
• On line sales FC and stock planning to be in line with customer/ activity plan
• Manage the spending (%IFRS) in line with company target
• Joint-planning/action implementation with E-distributor to develop eco system and optimize the campaign performance
• On line sales monitoring/tracking to ensure target achievement ( daily, weekly, monthly ) coordinate with E- Merchandiser
• Groupe SEB/ E-distributor to work in closely collaboration with individual platform to improve GMV and customer satisfaction (Traffic/conversion, customer review, delivery, contents, SIS, lead generation etc.)
• Align sales/ marketing plan with off-line / omni-channel
• Experiences in Key Account Modern trade in 7-11, Tesco Lotus and Watson accounts would be advantage.

Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor degree or higher in any related field, digital marketing background would be advantageous.
• At least 2 years solid experiences in Key Account Management, On-line sales channel
• Selling and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office program
• Principle Marketing knowledge
• Ability to clearly/ distinctly communicate with key stakeholders (Groupe SEB, E-distributor, Platform)
• Able to solve the problem effectively  with critical thinking skill
• Creative thinking skill to idealize new solution and explore new opportunity
• Strong analytical skills
