Brand Activation Manager

Location: Bangkok
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities
• Plan and implement short-term branding strategiesin partnership with the sales team that align with Group product strategy to achieve strong brand positioning for new and existing brands/product lines
• Manage the overall advertising and develop content for both online and offline media, including social media Work with internal and external stakeholders on the creation of marketing collaterals
• Execute plan for developing channel / category strategy & POP guidelines to ensure sales & profit achievement based on understanding of consumer / shopper, competitor & channel dynamics
• Control Profit / Loss vs. Budget & Target across brands in the category
• Comprehend in-depth knowledge on core products and be able to convey fluently key message to customers at both individual and group level
• Handle complaints from customers and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the Company
• Monitor and analyses a brand and competitors performance to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats
• Coordinate with logistics department to ensure sufficient product stock and products are delivered to customers on time and as per their request
• Attend meeting with Group Product Manager, Business Unit Manager and/or General Manager to update them on the operational matters such as sales performance, new projects, etc
• Develop and implement marketing activities such as new product launches, special events and promotional materials align with guideline and compliance
• Prepare and update product knowledge materials, and providing consultation and training to external customers, the sales team and related parties
• Manage marketing spending within assigned budget
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences to promote brands
• Monitor performance against marketing targets both internally and externally
• Generate marketing communication plan and liaise with media agency to gain brand exposure, increase brand awareness and brand equity in condition of cost control within budget and measurable result
• Monitor sales volume, market share, revenue and cost against budget
• Liaise with advertising agency to design and develop communication campaigns and ensure that they are well executed and deliver results as desired.

Qualification:
• Thai Nationality with Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical / Science
• At least 5 years experience (with 2-3 years in management level) in sales/ marketing in pharmaceutical company or FMCG industry
• Experience with social media and digital marketing to drive consumer engagement and demand generation, including experience generating earned media
• Demonstrate a proven track record of implementing marketing and  advertising strategies
