Head of Sales
• 15+ years of Television Sales experience with preferred MBA degree
• Advertisement Sales Experience for Ad sales in television Company preferably DTT/ CAB SAT FTA Channel.
• Having good contacts with both clients and agencies at senior decision making level.
• English – Should be excellent
• Confidence in your own abilities

• Lead the team to achieve the annual sales targets for the territory
• By projecting the revenues that can be achieved from that territory and finalizing the targets to be set in conjunction with the Business head
• Lead a team of 2 Sales employees and strategize the planning for achieving Sales targets.
• Apart from selling regular Advt Inventory, he / she should be responsible for selling Innovative ideas to the clients & agencies.
• By prioritizing between clients and servicing them accordingly
• By closing deals at optimal rates
• Maintain a high level of servicing through regular interactions with Clients & Agencies, in turn developing good business relations for inducing customer loyalty to media products
• Regular communication and presentation to agency and client contacts and monetizing special properties from time to time
• By optimal utilization of inventory available to get maximum yield
• By sharing leads with other team members within the network to increase revenue
• By networking amongst industry counterparts so as to informally get all information pertaining to breaking campaigns and utilize it to maximize revenue
• By following daily sales call plan with team and clients
