REQUIREMENTS : • Skilled in business financials (e.g., payroll, profit and loss) and driving shortage reduction. • Skilled in driving business and building specific strategies by leveraging data and metrics and partnering with distribution leadership to deliver results through your team. • At least 7 years of HRBP, HRM, HRD and HRIS experience. • Solution-based mindset with desire to uncover business gaps and solve problems • Degree in related fileds or equivalent experience. • Good English written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership and influencing skills • Young energetic with experienced in influencing key business partners
