REQUIREMENTS : • Bachelor's degree or or higher in related field • Minimum 3 years in compliance field (Financial business) • Strong Knowledge in AML Policy /KYC (know your customer) rules and regulations and Compliance culture with high ethics and integrity. • Understand financial business and experience in applying knowledge of regulator and compliance risk • Proficiency in English skill in both writing and speaking
RESPONSIBILITIES : • Advise function to management on compliance law, rules and standards, including update on changes and developments in this area. • Design and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards. • Monitor on regulatory developments and communicating these developments to the staff of the Company on appropriate implementation of compliance rules and standards through policies and/or procedures and/or guidelines • Develop and implement annual compliance program to identify, document and assess the compliance annual audit to the Company • Ensure and report suspicious account and/or suspicious transactions to the regulatory authority to BOT (The Bank of Thailand) • Collects the Know Your Customer (KYC) information and perform customer due diligence (CDD) process or the enhanced due diligence (EDD) process for ‘normal’ customers or those of heightened risk. • Protect assets by establishing compliance standards; anticipating emerging compliance trends; designing improvements to internal control structure. • Design and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards. • Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
