Job Description:
- Oversee all production operations within the plant.
- Optimize efficiency and productivity of the production facility.
- Meet production volume, cost, and quality targets, as well as adhere to production schedules.
- Coordinate production activities to align with company objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance Quality, Speed, and Cost targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Enforce organizational procedures and standards during maintenance tasks.
- Maintain quality standards in the final product through supervision of the workforce.
- Resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure throughput meets customer and organizational requirements.
- Drive ongoing enhancements to company operations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in in Engineering Management or related.
- At least 10 years' production management experiences in multi-national automotive electronics company and familiar with automotive industry methodology.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software
- Good spoken and written English. Chinese communication is a plus.
