Sales Manager (Aesthetic Business)

Leading company in Aesthetic Product in Asia.

Job Description:

  1. Lead and supervise the formulation of sales policies, goals, and strategies for the organization.
  2. Develop and assess both short- and long-term sales strategies while evaluating the effectiveness of existing sales programs.
  3. Recommend product or service enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales potential.
  4. Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
  5. Utilize extensive experience and judgment to effectively plan and achieve sales objectives.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish sales targets, regularly assess performance against objectives, and make necessary adjustments.
  2. Evaluate current team processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement improvements.
  3. Assign individual quotas and territories to team members.
  4. Deliver accurate sales forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
  5. Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  6. Cultivate a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  7. Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
  8. Direct and coordinate all sales activities at both local and regional levels.
  9. Provide guidance to distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  10. Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans.
  11. Identify emerging markets to capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  12. Supervise and manage the performance of the sales team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role.
  3. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
  4. Cultivate and maintain enduring customer relationships by collaborating closely and understanding their needs.
  5. Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while remaining fully informed about new products and competitor status.
  7. Proficient in English communication.
