Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the formulation of sales policies, goals, and strategies for the organization.
- Develop and assess both short- and long-term sales strategies while evaluating the effectiveness of existing sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales potential.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Utilize extensive experience and judgment to effectively plan and achieve sales objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish sales targets, regularly assess performance against objectives, and make necessary adjustments.
- Evaluate current team processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement improvements.
- Assign individual quotas and territories to team members.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
- Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Cultivate a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities at both local and regional levels.
- Provide guidance to distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans.
- Identify emerging markets to capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Supervise and manage the performance of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain enduring customer relationships by collaborating closely and understanding their needs.
- Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while remaining fully informed about new products and competitor status.
- Proficient in English communication.
