Service Engineer (Medical MeDical Etc.)
Job Description
The position essentially involves supporting customers on a technical level focusing on field services, repairs, maintenance and provides technical support to customers with our highly medical equipment. We are primarily looking for service minded person in a role which requires a high level of technical, organizational and communication skills.
Job Description
- Plan and execute on-site services (installations, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Repairs, fault finding and other services)
- Provide troubleshooting, training, technical support, and other services to customers onsite and via phone or remotely.
- Day-to-day, management of service facility and maintaining a proactive service "FAST" culture.
- Week to week and Month to month planning work.
- Participate in assigned long-term preventative maintenance programs and projects.
- Service support sale team.
Qualification
- Graduated Educated in Biomedical Engineer, Electrical/Electronic / Computer Engineering
- Moderate years working experience in related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is an advantage.
- PC Computer software and hardware literate/Windows Application experience
- People skills / Communication Skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in repairing medical equipment is an advantage.
