Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive demand generation
  • Promote / find new partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through our joint relationships
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design partnership collaterals, including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc
  • Correspond with partner resources by developing an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates, etc
  • Work with the Marketing Director to enhance the growth of partnership marketing strategies (affiliate marketing, sponsorships, white labeling, etc.)
  • Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills
  • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role
  • Knowledge of gaming and its industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates
  • Strong passion in games (shooting game is a plus)
  • A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude with great dedication
  • Understand current marketing trends.
