KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Own the enterprise technology reporting process on the day-to-day basis to ensure that information is accurate and timely for executive decisioning
- Responsible for the administration of all documentation and maintenance of management tool (i.e. user set-up, creating group pages)
- Liaise and collaborate with product owners/platform leads to ensure that the activities, issues and risks are tracked and escalated
- Plan, design and execute the delivery of projects from project initiation to transition to operations
- Responsible to deliver projects on time and within budget to meet desired business objectives
- Ensure that a release delivers the expected outcomes and value for the customer
- Ensure that all release and deployment packages can be tracked, installed,tested, verified and backed out
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- 5+ years' experience in project/program management or working in software development project
- Capacity to manage high stress situations and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and ability to manage people to meet project goals
- Ability to make key decisions, resolve conflicts and navigate complex environments
- Hold a relevant project management certification (PMP), agile frameworks(Scrum, Kanban), and familiar with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
