Responsibility :
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
Develop quality policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.
Provide training and awareness programs to employees on quality policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure understanding and adherence.
Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and other quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.- Maintain documentation and records related to the Quality Management System, including procedures, audit reports, and quality records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer) may be preferred.
- Proven experience in quality management or quality assurance roles, preferably in a regulated industry such as manufacturing, healthcare, or aerospace.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems, including writing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
