Responsibilities:
- Define a competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
- Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
- Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance or related fields.
- At least 5 years work experience on related field.
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems is preferable.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Knowledgeable in HR end to end process.
