Job Descriptions:
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for the hospital information system focusing on the clinical order and patient treatment areas.
- Analyze current hospital workflows and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide a strategic advice on the client to-be process and challenges by bringing the out-side-in expertise and practice to the actionable outcome
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional system requirements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of the hospital information system.
- Provide subject matter expertise on hospital business processes and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry, specifically in hospital settings.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital information system (HIS) systems and their implementation processes.
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows, operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead workshops effectively.
