Job Title: Accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting (Experience in industrial or heavy machinery accounting is preferred)
- Proficient in payroll calculation.
Responsibilities:
1. **Financial Documentation:**
- Manage and maintain all company financial documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues.
2. **Payroll Calculation:**
- Execute payroll calculations accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on payroll tax laws and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
3. **Communication:**
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate within the company.
- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to gather necessary financial information.
4. **Collaboration with Accounting Firm:**
- Work closely with the accounting firm to facilitate seamless financial processes.
- Provide necessary documentation and information for audits and financial reviews.
5. **Reporting:**
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to the designated authority (Singapore - Sebastian).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle all company financial documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Proficient in payroll calculation and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
