Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance and accounting operations, including tax management.
- Direct annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Develop annual and monthly cash flow projections.
- Manage cost accounting processes, including standard cost setting, variance analysis, and related analyses.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Additional duties as delegated by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managerial accounting.
- Expertise in Cost Accounting within the Manufacturing industry.
- Thorough understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and BOI regulations.
- Proficiency in SAGE300 ERP.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
