Accounting Manager
Location: Nonthaburi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AR, AP, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of statutory reports to the Revenue Department, SET, and SEC.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal control policies, and accounting standards.
  • Prepare financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
  • Lead the implementation or improvement of accounting systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Support ad hoc projects or financial due diligence activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within a publicly listed company (PLC).
  • Solid knowledge of TFRS, tax regulations, and SEC/SET reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or energy sectors.
  • Knowledge of oversea Accounitng & financial instruments reporting.
