Position: Accounting Manager

Job Description

  1. Compile various financial reports as requested by management.
  2. Prepare and update cash flow statements based on changes.
  3. Verify petty cash reimbursement documents and process supplier payments.
  4. Check and record revenue/expenses in the accounting system.
  5. Summarize and record project costs and progress for various projects.
  6. Reconcile monthly and annual revenue, asset, and liability accounts.
  7. Prepare and file monthly and annual tax reports (PND 3, PND 53, PP 40, PND 50, PND 51) with the Revenue Department.
  8. Summarize inter-company expenses and annual financial returns for projects and condominium associations.
  9. Prepare consolidated lead reports and financial statements with accompanying notes (in Thai and English).
  10. Review and manage accounts receivable for common area expenses and verify invoices/receipts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or related field. And 5 years of experience in hotel business.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Compu.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
