Looking for "Accounting Manager"
Direct report: CFO
Location: ASOK / BTS MRT
Key point
- Full lope in ACCOUNTING (UK EU and USA)
- Oversee daily operations AP, AR, GL and Tax
- Ability to individual working.
- Knowledge of accounting with ZERO program is advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping all accounting records updated for the assigned entities and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management and statutory filing purpose.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of all tax filing and related compliances.
- Prepare payments for authorization and review money receiving. Ensure on time settlement and follow up for the overdue debts.
- Ensure accounts are reconciled with no unexplainable suspense entry and long outstanding balances.
- Work in connection with logistics team for the matters related to supply chain and inventory.
- Collaborate with service providers and various internal departments within Thailand and overseas.
- Liaise with banks, external auditors, the Revenue department and the Ministry of Commerce and other related regulators.
- Any other duties as assigned by CFO and management
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting
- Professional qualification such as CPA/CPD or similar will be considered a plus
- At least 10 years working experience of accountancy and finance with over 5 years in management level
- Ability to work independently, results oriented team leader with strong communication skills.
