Accounting Manager / Prachinburi (307JS)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance transactions, including payment processing through cash management.
• Forecast and update cash flow, ensuring accuracy and alignment with actual financial data.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to relevant accounting and taxation laws, recording them accurately.
• Review trial balance and prepare monthly financial statements for the organization.
• Handle monthly tax submissions (PND.1/3/53/54, PP.30, and Social Security Fund), as well as year-end tax requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial statement audits.
• Assist tax officers during any tax investigations.
• Develop annual budgets and present them for approval by the board of directors.
• Create and prepare finance and accounting policies, covering areas such as inventory management, fixed assets, credit limitations, and accounts receivable.
• Communicate variance usage reports to operational staff to enhance plant performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or above.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Ability to work independently, with self-motivation, organization, responsibility, maturity, and punctuality.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• CPD or CPA license required.
• Knowledge of Board of Investment (BOI) regulations.
