Key Responsibilities
1. Provide basic amenities at site
2. Providing and maintaining site security
3. Providing and maintaining the communication facility at site
4. Knowledge of visitor management
5. Organizing / arranging local and internal travels, meetings, transport, hotel bookings etc.
6. Knowledge on local labour laws and its compliance along with monthly reporting
7. Administration related documentation required at construction site as per law
8. Provide administration support to project team as per requirement on site
9. Sending out local /global communications.
10. Assisting associates for any local needs and administration support based on requirements.
11. Any other support in case of emergency
