Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation and Support of Accounting and supply Chain Software to meet business needs
- Identifying and resolving the technical issues raised by customers and internal teams
- Performing support help to team to clarify the application issue
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Handle task as assignment
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Able to work well both independently and in team
- Good communication skill (Fluently in English will be an advantage)
- Have a service-minded and logical thinking
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Financial/ Accounting will be an advantage
