Responsibility
Business Applications
- Custodianship of all business processes and function.
- Ensure reliability and continuity of existing applications, such as CRM, ERP, CMS, and various application connectivity.
- Business application transformation with some hands-on capability
- Application Administration
- ITIL approach to service delivery
Functional requirement gathering, scoping and solutioning
- Work closely with the business to understand functional and commercial needs.
- effectively communicate technical concepts with internal and/or external parties to scope &provision solutions.
Project Management
- Document and manage multiple, potentially concurrent, projects.
- Stakeholder management
- Project scoping and planning utilizing Jira.
Change Management
- Plan for, and effectively deploy, communications and change management plans to ensure smooth
- business transition
People Management
- Lead and mentor an internal team member
- Guide and hold external vendors accountable for delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or any related field
- Knowledge of secure by design principles, application architecture, CRM, ERP, CMS functions, ITIL approach
- Understanding of internet connectivity and service provisioning including cyber security considerations
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) in English.
- Proactive, organized, and curious
- Independent and collaborative
- Strong Analytical skills
- Project Management Tools experience like Jira
