Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Manager in maintaining affairs and working relationships: Arrange the schedule of supervisors, effectively assist supervisors in allocating time, and focus on business and generate more revenue.
- Be able to clearly identify, maintain, and promote internal and external collaboration.
- Drive organizational and individual operational efficiency improvement: Be able to identify the optimization points in the work process, and use digital tools to promote organizational and individual efficiency improvement.
- Promote the development of secretarial capabilities and team climate: Summarize excellent work processes and methods based on job responsibilities.
- Communicate and collaborate well with related secretaries, build efficient secretarial support units, and jointly facilitate the smooth work of the service departments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experienced in secretary/personal assistant/administrative roles.
- Fresh graduate with good potential are welcomed.
- Excellent oral and written communication in Thai and Chinese.
- Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, time management capability, communication and influence, business understanding, organization planning capability, information management capability, and people connection capability
- Proactive in building effective working relationships with senior executives and colleagues.
