Position: Assistant Finance & Admin Manager
Working hours: Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17.00
Location: King Kaew road, Samutprakarn
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of accounting department to meet the target deadline, to ensure the accuracy of transaction records, and completeness of data.
- To ensure the proper internal control, compliance with company's accounting policy, IFRS, and Thailand Tax statutory
- Analysis and preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliation in timely manner
- Support the preparation of details packaging, report as per assignment
- Preparation and submission of monthly company's tax; VAT, WHT, and revenues reconciliation
- Responsible company's petty cash in a limitation control, ensure the accuracy of Tax/Receipt
- Responsible journal entries and related transaction for month end closing
- Monitoring inventory levels, slow moving, aging, and stock taking in timely manner
- Support as a credit controller; evaluate new customers to provide the proper credit term, resolve issue the invoice payments, monitor customer collection in daily
- Review and record transaction, avoid prohibited expenses
- Support payroll preparation, including SSO and tax submission
- Coordinate with agency regards to expatriate staff's visa and work permit issuing
- Register a member of Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Health insurance for new staff
- Oversee office administrative job
- Prepare lease agreement details up to date
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of expereince in accounting operation full loop
- Good command of English both written and spoken
