Age between 45 - 50 years old.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration in General Management, Higher in Political Science or related others field.
At Least 10 Year Experience in HR and Administration
Knowledge and understanding of HR and Administration
Good command in English and proficiency in computer programs.
Possess Strong Leadership, Communication, Motivation and Problem-Solving Skill
Develops and monitors HR and Administration
Ensure the completion of required corporate legal documents.
Ensure all legal aspect compliance with Government regulation.
Ensure industrial relations issues are taken care of appropriately, including tripartite affairs.
Handle expatriate formalities (visa, work permit etc.)
Responsible for maintaining company assets, office and facilities.
Ensure appropriate protection (insurance) of business unit assets.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Plans and executes recruitment & selection activities and all hiring related process to ensure that company will have right talent at the right time.
Establishes and leads staffing practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce.
Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and that comply with policies, procedures, programs and laws.
Develops strong working relationships with other executives, management and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed.
Provide HR support and counsel regarding employee relations' issues regarding to career development, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, etc.
Ensures employee relations program and activities are in place and implemented in all related operational sites.
Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and onboarding.
