Assistant Logistics Manager


Job Description
1. Familiar with each company's operation system and train branch staff how to apply the system to daily work. Regularly make self-inspection and assessment. Participate in system optimization and new function requirement discussion and online test.
2. According to OKR/KPI assigned by Lane Managers to the branch, make monthly/quarterly /yearly branch development plan and implement it to each team member. Regular assess team member and feedback the performance to Lane Managers for adjusting work plan.
3. Maintain current Nomination shipment and develop more business opportunities, including keep good relationship with overseas agents, managing local booking agents, custom brokers, trucks, warehouses and other service venders, cooperating with HQ to maintain the relationship with local contracted carrier.
4. Assist GM in local team building and optimization. Regularly carry out lane knowledge and business training to enhance team member's familiarity with business knowledge.
5. Actively participate in business cooperation among each Lane Managers and branch team members so that the business of all parties can actively link and cooperate.
6. Strengthen the supervision, coordination and training of workload and work quality within the department. Formulate and optimize operation SOP of sea and air freight to improve the work efficiency.
7. Actively coordinate with Commercial and Finance department to solve all kind of abnormal receivable and payable issues.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years of management experience, familiar with each lane sea & air operation process. US & Canada trade experience is preferred.
1. Experienced in developing overseas agents;
2. Have a high sense of responsibility, good coordination ability and overseas communication ability;
3. Good market sensitivity, strong comprehensive analysis ability and risk control ability;
4. Proficient in written and oral English

Logistics Manager

1. Be responsible for guiding, coordinating, supervising and managing the overall work (including market, business development, etc.) of the branch
2. According to the company's strategic objectives, be responsible for the overall performance of the branch and making branch strategic plan
3. According to the annual sales plan, complete individual and branch sales target
4. Cooperate with the implementation of the group's overall development strategy
5. Maintain the relationship among branch, customers, and carriers, etc;
6. Finish other tasks assigned by headquarter.

Qualifications:

1. More than 8 years' experience in international freight transportation and more than 6 years working experience in general manager
2. Excellent team building experience, strong team management ability, stimulate the enthusiasm of the team, and dare to bear the responsibility and pressure;
3. Have the idea of "Internet plus logistics" and are willing to pay for the efforts and practices of the logistics industry.
