Job Description
Bring the company's policy to define the sales business and promote the development of quality management processes that comply with IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001.
Control the work of New Model to meet customer requirement.
Collate, update, and maintain reports on market and competitors' activities monthly.
Lead and manage the activities of sales and marketing staff.
Make sense of market trends and developments.
Manage budgets to make sure resources are used efficiently.
Plan and organize sales campaigns and promotions.
Review client feedback to improve client service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor or higher in any field.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Understand Car Marker's Systems and be able to analyze and assess the damage process to comply with the ISO system.
