Responsibilities:
- Strong Recruitment end-to-end process.
- Create an organizational structure Job position structure consistent with business.
- Plan manpower (Workforce / Manpower Planning), preliminary job analysis, prepare JD and JS for various job positions.
- Able to carry out complete recruitment work, from sourcing, selection & interview and hiring, job announcements. according to various channels both online and offline Initial screening, testing of applicants with various tools as appropriate for each job position, both written and interviews, negotiation regarding compensation. Preparation of employment contracts, orientation and probation.
- Prepare work regulations, regulations, rules and measures in accordance with labor laws.
- Able to proceed with performance evaluation and employee development, such as preparing performance indicators (KPIs), using evaluation results to use in HR management in various matters such as rewards, promotions Appoint etc.
- Manage employee development in both Hard & Soft skills for employees at all levels, starting from creating Training Roadmaps, tracking and measuring learning outcomes. as well as creating a culture of learning and knowledge storage (KM)
- Have knowledge and understanding of compensation management at a level that can actually be applied, such as setting starting rates for new hires, creating welfare and various benefits to be in line with the needs of employees of different ages. and improving the salary structure, etc.
- Handling employee discipline and grievances in accordance with and following labor laws.
- Able to communicate effectively in HR matters. Whether it is about policies, rules, regulations, orders to create mutual understanding, transparency and mutual acceptance.
- Administrative management and other related work as an executive such as the preparation of departmental budgets.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge background not lower than bachelor's degree, not limited to fields.
- Have direct experience in HR for not less than 8 years.
- Have a good attitude and are ready to change and learn all the time (Growth Mindset).
