Responsibilities:

  • Translate and familiar with the new products and new technical materials, provide product knowledge and application to ESR and customer

  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to promote new and existing products and technologies to customers and sales teams through customer visits, exhibitions, trainings

  • Work with ESRs and sales manager to develop different product lines based on countries business strategies, customer requirements and offer customers a total solution to adhesives

  • Learn and work with technical service for equipment on how to use equipment to dispense adhesives

  • Lead technical discussions with internal stakeholders and customers for adhesive products

  • Work in close collaboration with sales, marketing, communication and product development teams to follow up technical projects and coordinate with laboratory service request activities

  • Solving problems that are related to products performance & applications and showing the added value of the solutions provided in a professional way)

  • Investigate product related complaints and coordinate with other functions (e.g., Technology & Innovation, Manufacturing etc.)

  • Actively contribute to various sales tools including Technical Data Sheets. Regulation related document

  • Evaluating product's performance and simulating customer application in laboratory

  • Customer site visits to assist sales with product recommendations and troubleshooting

  • Telephone and email technical support for customer and sales engineers

  • Ensure that all activities of the team are in line with Environment, Health and Safety principles and Compliance requirements

  • Work with technical manager to support sales tools and training materials to develop ESR's capability and business development in Thailand



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in material science, chemistry, chemical engineering

  • At least 3-5 years or above technical support experience preferably focusing on adhesives and other products in electronics, semiconductor, industrial or automotive industries

  • Good communication and presentation skills, smoothly communicate with clients and sales

  • Ability to combine technical knowledge with business development skills and customer interaction

  • Have strong practical skills, positive thinking, active self-learning, can offer live demonstrations of the right method of applying adhesives

  • Solid knowledge of chemical, strong learning skills and willing to learn new knowledge constantly

  • A team player, responsible, friendly, loyalty and responsive

  • Good English skills

  • Good work attitude and able to travel frequently
