Job Descriptions:

• Responsible Automotive industry segment Sales team for sales of company products, supervising team of 4 new sales representatives with establish sales target, determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

• Managed key account & penetrate new

• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

• Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.

• Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base and maintain existing customer.

• Increasing business opportunities through various channel into market.

• Calculated sales forecasts for newly launched products – Defined the financial budget and targets for new sales projects.

• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.

• Collecting customer feedback and market research.

• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

• Analyzed competitive products in terms of reliability and features.

Qualification:

• Age 35-40

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or Robotic Engineering

• Business level – English

• At least 5 years in Project Sales engineer both application & technical support

• Strong business acumen with key connection in automotive industry

• Required solid knowledge in factory Automation/pneumatic/Instrument product

• Ability to motive the team and achieve target with result-oriented

• Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills

• Has own car with driving license
