  • Spearhead the country level Institutional Sales for Post-Harvest Crop protection Agro Chemical - ALP mainly in institutional segment, Fumigation agencies, end users etc
  • Develop, formulate and implement a Country level Sales Strategy
  • Deliver Sales revenue targets of Fumigants business for Thailand
  • Effective in planning, organizing & imparting Good Fumigation Practices training for key stakeholders
  • To represent company at various commercial & Educational networking platform - Associations, Regional industry meets, Academic institution programs & Programs organized by regulators
  • Develop effective market wise sales strategies to meet desired objectives
  • Maintain excellent rapport with key contact points across the system
  • Develop and maintain a secured collection system
  • Follow up the goods logistics with WH and oversee its timely distribution
  • Study market changes and development of competitors' prices and goods, and their direct & indirect effect, supported by relevant reports
  • Effective execution of product display support through training & awareness programs for end users of the institutional segment
  • Create product awareness and brand visibility, positioning the right model mix to the Counters, to focus on the network expansion and in order to increase market share, achieve 100% business plan and Management objectives
  • Maintain strong relationship across functions to ensure good support systems and timely actions to sales

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Fumigants product sales or fumigation service sales in Thailand
  • B.Sc. Agriculture, Training on fumigation practices from recognized institute
  • Prior exposure to fumigation operations
  • Experience in institutional sales with Govt sector or private sector
  • Capable of creating and handling sales team
  • Ambitious and passionate candidates with strong customer orientation and comfortable with Crop Protection Product sales
  • Should have a strong commercial orientation with a drive and focus towards enhancing profitability
