- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, industry innovations, and product launches.
- Recommend our products to customer according to their individual preference through knowledge sharing.
- Actively promote and sell beauty products to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the beauty counter is adequately stocked and well-presented
- Maintain good relationship with customers to build customer loyalty
- Participate in special events, product launches, and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide a unique beauty experience for your clients with our vast product offerings.
- Keeping yourself updated with latest trends and innovation in the world of Beauty.
Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of beauty trends and passion for Fragrance, Makeup or Skincare.
- Knowledge of operations.
- Pleasant disposition & well groomed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Language skills in English is preferred and Chinese is a plus.
