Position: Brand Manager
Job description:
- Develop marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, reinforce brand value, and drive sales in alignment with established targets.
- Utilize consumer insights and market opportunities to ideate and implement strategies that align with the overarching business strategy and brand vision.
- Formulate comprehensive yearly brand strategies.
- Create diverse portfolio scenarios to proactively address anticipated market shifts and developments.
- Establish measurement metrics for campaigns by using emerging and alternative channels.
- Initiate advertising and promotional (A&P) strategies while effectively controlling budgets.
- Maintain a strategic balance between investment and financial returns to ensure sustainable growth.
Job specification:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in business/marketing field.
- Years of experience in brand management, espiacially in snack, food, and FMCG industry.
- English proficiency.
- Able to travel abroad.
- Computer literacy.
