Job Description :
• Business Analyst - Assistant Department Manager/Department Manager Level
Qualification :
• Master’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Accounting or in a related field.
• At least 5-7 years' experience in Business Analyst or experience driven project.
• Well known Financial and Accounting chain.
• Well known supplier chain management-SCM, CRM, HRIS, ERP.
• Experience implemented Oracle Application (Financial), Data Warehouse, Bl areadvantage.
• Good knowledge of Business and IT Project Management.
• Bridge between business user and IT
• Good interpersonal and consultative skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accountability:
• Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
• Provide guidance & advice to business manager in business information.
• Work closely with business users to ensure the project meets business requirement.
• Work with development team to deliver high quality software/application within budgets and schedules.
• Identify and manage scope creep and requirements management.
• Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control process.
• Work with stakeholders to extract and organize the requirements to meet business strategic objectives.
• Identify and propose projects to close gaps and/or harvest opportunities to meet business strategic objectives from an analytical standpoint.
• Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.
• Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
