Business Assistant/Coordinator - Chinese Speaking (HSK4-5)
Report to: CEO (Chinese)
Location: Wittayu Road (nearest BTS: Ploenchit Station)
M - F 8.30 - 17.30 hrs.
Customer order response: be responsible for timely response to product, scheme, price and other inquiries put forward by customers
Coordinate internal resources of the company to assist the project manager to solve problems encountered in the process of project cooperation
Customer order flow: follow the overall flow process including project scheme production, quotation output, contract signing, delivery tracking, financial collection, etc
Project summary: assist the national general manager to summarize and sort out project data, update business information in a timely manner, and cooperate with the headquarters team to maintain business data
Provide assistance to other internal operation needs
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, etc.
At least 2 years of relevant business development work experience
Proficiency in Chinese writing and speaking (Equivalent HSK 4-5)
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Good teamwork ability and business communication ability
Rapid learning ability and adaptability, with a sense of ownership and responsibility
